Michael R. McMillin
President / General Manager
Mike has over 35 years experience working in the Mechanical Insulation Industry. He has held management positions with
Owens Corning and Performance Contracting Group and founded Comput-Ability, Inc. in 1988. Mike is also the author of the Mechanical Insulation's
Key Estimator (MIKE)™ Estimating System © and the Interior's Key Estimator ™ (IKE) Estimating System ©. He holds a B.B.A. in Operations Analysis
and Information Systems from the University of Toledo.
Cynthia L. McMillin
Business Manager
Cindy has more than 15 years of experience in
business management and marketing. She performs the day to day functions that keep us going [payables, receivables, marketing, payroll, everything!!]
She holds a B.S. from Ferris State University.
K. Jason Thomas
Project Manager
Jason brings more than 10 years of technical
experience to Comput-Ability, Inc. He has extensive experience in databases, web programming , operating systems, and communications. Jason has worked
with the MIKE and IKE systems and has also developed some of our newer products. He has developed intranet and/or internet sites for many companies
including Comput-Ability, Inc., Performance Contracting Group and Precision Foam Fabricators. Jason has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Ferris
State University.
